• We pick and pack the uniform and send it out in a pupil pack.
• Sizing sets are given FOC to the school for pupils to use.

• Parents order & pay online (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Paypal).
• Package sent FOC to school (if FOC School Delivery option chosen by the school) or home delivery.
• Goods can be returned for a credit.
• Most orders despatched within 24 hours and all orders within 3 working days - even in August.

What makes our online shop reliable and easy to use?

Free sizing sets are given to each school for fitting purposes. We find real garment sizing sets are more reliable to estimate the size needed rather than parents measuring their child - less returns.

Bespoke stock management software (Smartstock®) allows us to predict the amount of stock needed based on historical data - good availability of stock.

If any garments that are temporarily out of stock, the parent can register to receive an email alert when they come back into stock.

Our garments come with labels so the parent can write the pupils name on; a laundry marker can be bought from the online shop.
