We expect our suppliers to comply with the following policy and these points are presented to them.

  • Human and Civil Rights are respected and no discrimination is practised
  • Employment is freely chosen
  • Working conditions are safe and hygienic
  • Child Labour is not used (Child means below the age of 14 years old, unless local minimum age law stipulates a higher age for work or mandatory schooling, in which case the higher age shall apply)
  • Wages and Benefits meet the minimum national legal standard
  • Working Hours comply with national laws
  • When we source from factories outside the EEC we expect audits to be undertaken to ensure compliance with the above standards
  • Most of our uniform is manufactured in the EEC with fabrics made in the UK & Europe. This means employees working on our goods are paid according to strict EEC labour regulations
